Aus W rout SA W in 3rd ODI to win series 2-1
After being jolted in the 2nd ODI by Marizanne Kapp brilliance , Australia women came back at their roaring best and dominated a rain marred game against South Africa to finally win by a big margin with contributions all around .
Batting first Australia started off by losing Litchfield early but Healy looked in dazzling touch scoring a rapid 60 . Perry (24) had a brief stay but it was the exciting partnership between Beth Mooney and Tahlia McGrath that set up the innings . After playing some glorious off drives McGrath (44) departed but Mooney continued till the end scoring a dazzling 82 not out in 90 balls with cameos from Sutherland (18) and Alana King (17) who even hit a 6 off a no ball while hitting her wickets as she fell down . Australia scored a formidable 277/9 in 50 overs with Klaas bowling well for her 4 wickets .
South Africa lost their mainstay Wolvaardt (3) early to a slip catch off Garth followed by Bosch (4) . However Tazmin Brits (31) played a strokeful knock while Sune Luus managed 34 but the loss of Kapp for 0 completely deflated South Africa as they quickly folded up even after revised playing conditions were announced due to rain delay. South Africa were 127 allout and lost by 110 runs after revised target was set . For Australia, King took 4 wickets while Kim Garth and McGrath took 3 wickets each and McGrath for her allround show was the player of the match .
