*Beshbarmak* is a traditional Kyrgyz dish that holds cultural significance, often considered the national dish of Kyrgyzstan. The name "Beshbarmak" translates to "five fingers" in Kyrgyz, symbolizing the traditional way of eating the dish – with the hands. This hearty dish typically features boiled meat, usually lamb or beef, served on a bed of pasta and accompanied by onions.


**Ingredients:**

- Lamb or beef, preferably with bone for flavor

- Onions

- Salt and pepper to taste

- Flour for pasta dough

- Water for boiling and making dough
