**Ingredients:**

- Basmati rice

- Lamb or beef, cut into chunks

- Cooking oil or ghee

- Whole spices (cumin seeds, cardamom, cloves, cinnamon stick)

- Ground spices (coriander, cumin, turmeric)

- Garlic, minced

1. **Prepare the Rice:**
