Euro24: Belgium get back to winning ways with impressive win over Romania

 

Belgium returned to victory.  They launched relenless  attacks against Romania.  They could have scored at least half a dozen goals if they had used the opportunity.  But Romelu Lukaku missed several chances.  As a result, they had to be satisfied with 2-0 goals.  Romania did not play poor football despite losing the match.  They also squandered several chances.  For 90 minutes it was a game of attacking football.  Belgium, ranked 3rd in FIFA, had the last laugh.

 After this match, the fight of Group E got more exciting.  The four teams in this group, Belgium, Romania, Slovakia and Ukraine, have 3 points in 2 matches each .  .  That is, which two teams from this group will go to the next round will be decided in the last match.
