IPL & WPL 2024 : List of some big names in coming auctions




It's the month of December and it is auction time for both the IPL and WPL for the season 2024 . The IPL auction will happen on December 16th at Dubai whereas the WPL auction will happen at Mumbai on December 9th .  For both IPL & WPL the list of players at the Auction is published .


IPL:


1166 players have thrown their hats in the auction at different base prizes . Many players of Australia 's  recent ODI World cup winning squad will be seen in the auction such as Cummins , Hazlewood, Inglis , Smith , Starc , Head , Abbott etc.  Also in the list is South Africa's new pace sensation  Gerald Coetzee who took 20 wickets in the recent world cup . England stars like Ben Duckett , Harry Brook , Chris Woakes , Adil Rashid , Tom Banton will be there at the auction too :

The WPL auction will happen on 9th December .  A total number of 165 players will be a part of the auction for the 5 team event.  The inaugural WPL was a big success and hence the cricket fans specially the womens cricket followers will be waiting for this auction with great interest as there will be a few important slots to be filled for the overseas spots in particular .


Aussies Annabel Sutherland, Kim Garth , Georgia Wareham, young gun Phoebe Litchfield  , Alana King to name a few will be looking to fit in into a new team .  Also are in auction are Protea quick Shabnim Ismail  , Nadine De Klerk,  the Sri Lankan captain Chamari Athapaththu, Windies allrounder Deandra Dottin and a large number of English stars like Tammy Beaumont , Dani Wyatt , Maia Bouchier , Kate Cross etc. Bangladesh pace sensation Marufa Akter and Indian stars S Meghana , Punam Raut , Ekta Bisht and Simran Bahadur are also in the list .

  Kosar Laddu is a traditional homemade sweet that stands out for its simplicity and rich, rustic flavour. Made with rice flour, jaggery, ghee and aromatic fennel, this laddu is soft, mildly sweet and perfect for festive occasions or as a comforting treat with tea.
