**Ingredients:**

- 2 cups tapioca flour

- 1 cup milk

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter

- 1 teaspoon salt

- 1 1/2 cups grated Parmesan cheese

- 2 beaten eggs


**Instructions:**


1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease mini muffin tins.


2. In a saucepan, combine milk, butter, and salt. Heat over medium heat until it comes to a gentle boil.


3. Remove the saucepan from heat and add tapioca flour to the hot mixture. Stir well until it forms a smooth, sticky dough.


4. Allow the dough to cool for a few minutes.


5. Gradually add the beaten eggs while continuously stirring the dough. Make sure to incorporate the eggs completely.


6. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until it's evenly distributed throughout the dough.


7. Use a spoon or cookie scoop to fill the mini muffin tins with the dough.


8. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the tops of the pão de queijo are lightly golden.
