Tacos are a delicious Mexican dish typically consisting of a folded or rolled tortilla filled with various ingredients, such as seasoned meat, beans, lettuce, and salsa. 


Here's a simplified recipe for making beef tacos:


** Ingredients*

- 1 lb ground beef

- 1 onion, finely chopped

- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 packet taco seasoning

- 1 cup water

- Salt and pepper to taste

- Taco shells

- Toppings: shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, salsa, sour cream


**Instructions:**


1. **Cook the Beef:**

   - In a skillet over medium heat, cook the chopped onions until they're translucent.

   - Add the ground beef, breaking it apart with a spatula, and cook until browned.

   - Drain excess fat if needed.


2. **Seasoning:**

   - Add minced garlic and cook for about a minute until fragrant.
