**Ingredients:**

- 2 cups grated Paraguayan cheese (or a combination of mild and sharp cheeses)

- 1 cup milk

- 4 eggs

- 1 large onion, finely chopped

- 4 tablespoons melted butter or lard

- Salt to taste


**Instructions:**
