Weather : Relentless rains in Maharashtra continues to cause havoc

 

From the plains to the hilly areas, the havoc of the monsoon was seen in the past days.  There has been some relief from the rain in the plains, but for the hilly areas, the rain is still proving fatal.  The Meteorological Department has expressed the possibility of heavy rains in Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand on 22 July.

 Heavy rain expected in coastal areas

 According to the Meteorological Department, heavy rains can also be seen in the coastal states of the country.  There is a possibility of heavy rains in the next few days on the coastal coasts of Odisha, Telangana, Maharashtra and Karnataka.  During this, the wind speed can be 50 to 60 kilometers per hour.  In view of the situation, the Meteorological Department has advised fishermen not to venture into the sea.


 According to the information given by the Meteorological Department, today i.e. on July 22, heavy to very heavy rains can be seen in the Vidarbha region of Maharashtra.  Apart from this, Saurashtra of Gujarat and coastal areas of Karnataka and Telangana, apart from this, good rains can also be recorded in the interior areas.


 Heavy rain has been seen in many areas of Mumbai on Saturday morning.  Due to this there has been water logging in Kurla, Chembur, Andheri.  After heavy rains in Andheri, the subway was filled with water for some time.  The Meteorological Department has issued an orange alert in Mumbai for today i.e. Saturday as well.  At present, apart from Mumbai, rain has been recorded in other parts of Maharashtra.


 New Delhi weather

 According to the Meteorological Department, today the minimum temperature in the country's capital New Delhi can be 30 degrees and the maximum temperature can be 38 degrees.  On the other hand, there will be a camp of clouds in New Delhi today.  According to the Meteorological Department, rain activities can be recorded in New Delhi from Saturday.



 Today (Friday) in the capital of Uttar Pradesh, the minimum temperature can be recorded at 29 degrees and the maximum temperature can be recorded at 36 degrees.  Whereas, today it will be partly cloudy in Lucknow.  No rain activities will be seen in Lucknow on Saturday.  At the same time, rain activities can be seen once or twice with thunder in Lucknow on Sunday.
