Apple iPhone next version new design bound to get users excited

When Apple launched the iPhone 10 in 2017, it was the company's first phone with super slim side bezels, a thick notch to hide the selfie camera and Face ID.  This design also received negative feedback till last year, when Apple introduced the iPhone 14 Pro series.  Apple introduced new technology like 'Dynamic Island' by changing the notch design.  Looks like this too will soon become a thing of the past and we will finally be able to enjoy the edge-to-edge display without the notch and bezels.

According to leakster Ice Universe via South Korean publication The Elec, Apple has started collaborating with companies like Samsung and LG to develop bezel-less and notch-less display designs.  The company is planning to continue using OLED display, which is already being used since the iPhone 12 series.

According to the report, Apple is looking to continue the use of flat displays on its mid-budget offerings, unlike some Android rivals, through the use of powerful and specialized displays.  Meaning the screen will be completely flat.  There will be no bezels and no notch will be available.

The report suggests that Apple has made a new plan in which they are preparing to place the camera and necessary sensors below the display, as Samsung did with the Galaxy Z Fold 4.  This will help Apple to achieve bezel-less screen.  For this, thin film encapsulation (TFE) and under-panel camera (UPC) technologies are being developed.

When will this kind of iPhone come?  Nothing has been said about this.  But it can be expected that the iPhone with such a design may take another year to arrive.
