Oppenheimer vs Barbie : the war is on between two well hyped films , which is doing better ?

 


Oppenheimer and Barbie has become to two most anticipated films the world over including India and viewers specially in urban cities are super excited for these two highly hyped movies 



For the opening day in India , Oppenheimer has managed to sell over two lakh tickets while Barbie followed closely behind with over 80000 tickets sold in the top three national chains, as per the publication. These numbers indicate a combined box office collection of approx  Rs 15 to 20 crores  as per Pinkvilla .



The film 'Oppenheimer', directed by director Christopher Nolan, is being discussed everywhere.  The film has been released on the big screen.  In the case of advance booking where 'Oppenheimer' had already made everyone happy by earning a fortune.  Now everyone's eyes are on the opening day collection of the film.  'Oppenheimer' sold 90 thousand tickets in advance booking


 On the other hand, if we talk about the entire weekend, more than two lakh tickets have been booked so far.  At the same time, the business figures of the first day of 'Oppenheimer' have come to the fore.  Fans are going to be happy knowing the opening day collection.  According to the information received, the initial figures of 'Oppenheimer' are Rs 13.50 crore.  On the other hand, the makers have full hope that more and more viewers will reach the theaters to watch 'Oppenheimer' on Saturday and Sunday.



 Considering the figures of the weekend, it is also believed that by Sunday this film will cross the figure of 50 crores.  However, now how true it proves to be, it will be known only after the collection of the weekend comes out.  At the same time, in the box office race, 'Oppenheimer' has gone far ahead of 'Barbie', which was released on the same day.  The film has beaten Barbie on the very first day.  Talking about the first day collection of 'Barbie', it is believed that this film has done a business of only 5 crores.



 However, the weekend will decide the fate of both the films.  On whom 'Barbie' or 'Oppenheimer' will prevail, it will be clear only after the weekend.  Cillian Murphy, Emily Blunt, Matt Damon and Robert Downey JR are seen in the lead roles in 'Oppenheimer'.  However, there was a lot of discussion on social media over a scene in 'Oppenheimer'.  Where Bhagavad Gita was used in a scene.  Which was misunderstood by many users.


Very soon we shall come to know which of the two highly anticipated films are doing well between Oppenheimer and Barbie though the  initial days collection  have put Oppenheimer well ahead .

Red alert of more heavy rains in Maharashtra, closures announced in schools, colleges in some districts

Heavy rains totally disrupts train services in Mumbai area, CM orders early closure of Govt Offices

  Due to heavy rains in Maharashtra, the speed of Mumbai local has slowed down.  Many trains have been cancelled and diverted. Due to heavy rains in Thane district adjacent to Mumbai, the track changing point on the Kalyan-Kasara route was damaged, due to which train services on this route were stopped on Wednesday afternoon.  A senior railway official gave this information.  The Central Railway also informed that it has diverted some mail and express trains on Diva-Panvel-Karjat route and Daund-Manmad route, besides terminating some trains between Mumbai and Pune.   Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde on Wednesday ordered that the government offices in Mumbai and the neighboring region should be closed early.
