2. **Evaporated Milk:** 1 cup

3. **Sweetened Condensed Milk (optional):** 2 tablespoons

4. **Leche Flan:** 1 slice

5. **Ube Halaya (Purple Yam Jam):** 2 tablespoons

6. **Sweetened Red Beans:** 2 tablespoons

7. **Sweetened Garbanzo Beans:** 2 tablespoons

8. **Sweetened Saba Bananas:** 2 tablespoons

9. **Sweetened Jackfruit (Langka):** 2 tablespoons

10. **Sweetened Macapuno (Coconut Sport):** 2 tablespoons

11. **Nata de Coco:** 2 tablespoons

12. **Kaong (Sugar Palm Fruit):** 2 tablespoons

13. **Sweetened Corn Kernels:** 2 tablespoons

14. **Gulaman (Gelatin):** 2 tablespoons

15. **Crispy Pinipig (Pounded Rice):** 1 tablespoon

16. **Ice Cream (typically Ube flavor):** 1 scoop

### Instructions

1. **Prepare Ingredients:**

   - Make sure all the ingredients are ready and sweetened as required. Most of these can be found in Asian supermarkets or can be prepared at home.

   - Chill the ingredients in the refrigerator before assembling.

2. **Assemble the Halo-Halo:**

   - In a tall glass, start by layering the sweetened fruits and beans. You can start with sweetened red beans, then add the garbanzo beans, saba bananas, jackfruit, macapuno, nata de coco, kaong, sweetened corn kernels, and gulaman. The order can vary, but it helps to start with the heavier ingredients at the bottom.

3. **Add Shaved Ice:**

   - Top the layered ingredients with a generous amount of shaved ice. Make sure the ice is finely shaved for the best texture.

4. **Pour Evaporated Milk:**

   - Drizzle the evaporated milk over the shaved ice. You can adjust the amount based on how creamy you want your halo-halo. If desired, add a bit of sweetened condensed milk for extra sweetness.

5. **Top with Leche Flan and Ube Halaya:**

   - Place a slice of leche flan and a spoonful of ube halaya on top of the shaved ice.

6. **Add Ice Cream:**

   - Add a scoop of ice cream, typically ube flavor, on top of the leche flan and ube halaya.

7. **Sprinkle Pinipig:**

   - Finish with a sprinkle of crispy pinipig for added texture.

8. **Serve Immediately:**

   - Serve the halo-halo immediately with a long spoon. Mix all the ingredients together before eating to enjoy the blend of flavors and textures.

Halo-halo is a versatile dessert, and you can adjust the ingredients based on personal preference or availability. Enjoy your refreshing and delightful Filipino treat!
