- 1 cup refried beans (typically made from red beans)
- 1 cup crumbled queso fresco (a soft, crumbly cheese) or grated cheese
- 1/2 cup crema (similar to sour cream)
- Optional additions: avocado, scrambled eggs, chorizo, or Honduran-style pickled cabbage (curtido)
**Instructions:**
**For the Tortillas:**
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt. Make a well in the center.
