Hospital in Gaza hit by Isreali missile , plenty of casualities

 


The number of Palestinian civilians killed in the attack of the Israeli army in Gaza exceeded 11 thousand.  Exactly 35 days after the attack of Hamas on Israeli territory.  The Palestinian Authority's health department said on Friday afternoon that Tel Aviv's series of attacks on Gaza began in "response" to Hamas attacks on October 7.  It continues on Friday.


 An Israeli missile hit al-Shifa hospital in northern Gaza on Friday.  It is alleged that several Palestinian citizens died while undergoing treatment there.  Al-Rantisi Children's Hospital in Gaza was also allegedly hit by Israeli army tank shells.  The World Health Organization (WHO) reported on Friday that the medical services of 20 hospitals in Gaza have been completely or partially closed due to the attack by the Israeli army.


 "We have learned that the Al-Shifa hospital has been bombed," WHO spokeswoman Margaret Harris said on Friday.  In that situation, essential medical services were being run with the help of generators.  But several hospitals have been closed in Gaza as diesel stocks run out.  Supply of essential medical equipment, including medicines, has also been virtually halted.  Many patients are expected to die in this situation.

Red alert of more heavy rains in Maharashtra, closures announced in schools, colleges in some districts

Heavy rains totally disrupts train services in Mumbai area, CM orders early closure of Govt Offices

  Due to heavy rains in Maharashtra, the speed of Mumbai local has slowed down.  Many trains have been cancelled and diverted. Due to heavy rains in Thane district adjacent to Mumbai, the track changing point on the Kalyan-Kasara route was damaged, due to which train services on this route were stopped on Wednesday afternoon.  A senior railway official gave this information.  The Central Railway also informed that it has diverted some mail and express trains on Diva-Panvel-Karjat route and Daund-Manmad route, besides terminating some trains between Mumbai and Pune.   Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde on Wednesday ordered that the government offices in Mumbai and the neighboring region should be closed early.
