**Ingredients:**


- 250g Chinese-style egg noodles

- 2 chicken breasts, thinly sliced (you can also use shrimp, pork, or tofu)

- 2 cups shredded cabbage

- 1 carrot, julienned

- 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced

- 1 cup bean sprouts

- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated

- 3 tablespoons soy sauce

- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce

- 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce (kecap manis)

- 1 teaspoon sesame oil

- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil for cooking

- Salt and pepper to taste

- Green onions for garnish (optional)


**Instructions:**


1. **Prepare the Noodles:**

   - Cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions. Once cooked, drain and set aside.


2. **Prepare the Chicken:**

   - Season the thinly sliced chicken with salt and pepper.


3. **Stir-Fry Chicken:**

   - Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a wok or large pan over medium-high heat.

7. **Bean Sprouts:**

   - Add bean sprouts to the pan and stir-fry briefly. You want to maintain their crunch.
