**Ingredients:**

- Hard-boiled eggs

- Mashed potatoes

- Seasonings (such as salt, pepper, and any preferred spices)

- Flour (for coating)


**Preparation:**

1. Peel hard-boiled eggs and set them aside.

2. In a bowl, prepare mashed potatoes. Season the mashed potatoes with salt, pepper, and any other desired spices for added flavor.

3. Take a portion of the mashed potato mixture and flatten it in your palm.

4. Place a hard-boiled egg in the center of the flattened potato mixture.

5. Mold the mashed potatoes around the egg, ensuring it's fully covered.

6. Roll the potato-covered egg in flour to coat it evenly.

7. Heat oil in a pan for frying.

8. Fry the coated eggs until they turn golden brown and crispy.


Egg ball is often enjoyed on its own or with a dipping sauce. It's a delightful and satisfying snack with a crispy exterior and a soft, flavorful interior.
