Paneer Chilla : How to prepare this tasty snacks

 



Before leaving for work, you have to eat something in a hurry that keeps your stomach full for a long time.  Milk is not tolerated by everyone , so do not eat cornflakes or porridge.  But if you want to get energy for work, you have to provide carbohydrates, proteins and fats.  But apart from egg-bread, paneer chilla is a food that can provide all these ingredients.  Sometimes you can make it to change the taste.  How to make?  Here is the recipe


 Ingredients:


 Gram flour : One cup


 Salt: half spoon


 Chilli powder: One teaspoon


 Cheese: Half cup


 Chopped Onion: Half cup


 Tomato paste: half cup


 Green chillies: Two


 Joan: Half a teaspoon


 Coriander leaves: half cup


 Water: One cup



 Method:


 1) First take all the ingredients except cheese in a bowl and mix well.  You can leave a little coriander leaves.  Will be useful later.


 2) After that make a mixture with sufficient amount of water.


 3) While adding water, be careful not to make the mixture too thin.  Mix water according to the consistency you want.


 4) This time, brush a little oil on a nonstick plate or pan.


 5) Pour a small amount of gram flour and paneer mixture on top.


 6) You can turn the pan and make round shape like bread.  If one side, fry the other side in the same way.


 7) Now wrap the chilla with grated paneer, chilli powder and coriander leaves.


 8) Serve hot with tomato sauce.
