India squad for Australia ODIs revealed , veteran spinner is back , captaincy change

 


Team India squad has been announced for the ODI series against Australia.  KL Rahul will captain Team India in the first two matches, while captain Rohit Sharma will return in the third match.  Virat Kohli and other senior players have also been rested in the first two matches.  The big news is that Ravichandran Ashwin has returned to the ODI team and now he can be seen in the World Cup team also.


 Team India for the first 2 ODIs: KL Rahul (captain), Shubman Gill, Ruturaj Gaikwad, Shreyas Iyer, Ishan Kishan, Suryakumar Yadav, Ravindra Jadeja, Shardul Thakur, Jasprit Bumrah, Mohammed Siraj, Mohammed Shami, Tilak Verma, Prasidh Krishna,  Ravichandran Ashwin, Washington Sundar


 Team India for the third ODI: Rohit Sharma (captain), Hardik Pandya (vice-captain), Shubman Gill, Virat Kohli, Shreyas Iyer, Suryakumar Yadav, KL Rahul (wk), Ishan Kishan (wk), Ravindra Jadeja, Shardul Thakur.  , Axar Patel, Washington Sundar, Kuldeep Yadav, Ravichandran Ashwin, Jasprit Bumrah, Mohammed Shami, Mohammed Siraj


 

 The senior players of Team India have been rested in the first two matches, Virat Kohli-Rohit Sharma-Hardik Pandya-Kuldeep Yadav have been rested.  Chief selector Ajit Agarkar said that all the senior players are playing continuously, hence they have been given rest in the first two matches, and the players who did not get a chance in the Asia Cup have been tested here.

 Captain Rohit Sharma said that all our players are ready, the senior players will return in the last match and after that there will be no problem in getting into the rhythm in the two practice matches also.
