Preparing Spanish soup Gazpacho
Gazpacho is a cold Spanish soup made with fresh vegetables. Here's a simple recipe to prepare it:
Ingredients:
- 6 ripe tomatoes
- 1 cucumber
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 small red onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 3 cups tomato juice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional garnishes: chopped fresh herbs (like basil or parsley), croutons
Instructions:
1. Wash and chop all the vegetables into chunks.
2. Place the chopped vegetables and garlic in a blender or food processor.
3. Blend until everything is finely chopped.
4. Slowly add the tomato juice, olive oil, and red wine vinegar while blending.
