**Ingredients:**
- 2 cups cauliflower florets
- 2 medium-sized potatoes, peeled and diced

- 2-3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1-inch piece of ginger, minced
- 2 green chilies, slit (adjust to your spice preference)
