Health : Fried food , types of oil if not consumed can make a positive difference

 


 Many people cannot even eat cooked food without salt, pepper and raw mustard oil.  Again, health conscious eat salad and spread a little olive oil on top.  From doctors to nutritionists, everyone says not to eat more than 4 to 5 tablespoons of oil a day.  But that line is crossed almost every day.  On weekends puri, paratha, fish, oil-rubbed meat broth—the problem continues to grow.  Many people think that refined oil is more harmful than mustard oil.  Thinking about that, if you can suddenly stop eating fried food for a month, what changes can occur in the body?  A noted physician and health influencer, said , “I stopped eating all fried foods and processed foods for a month.  Cholesterol, inflammation to weight — the difference is noticeable.”



 How can it affect the body if you stop eating refined oil for a month?


 1) Heart

 Those oils that are high in trans fat and saturated fat, regular consumption of those oils are bound to increase heart problems.  So if you stop eating oil for a month, you can avoid all the risks of heart disease including cholesterol.


 2) Weight


 In order to control weight, it is necessary to look at calories in addition to exercise.  If you stop eating rice and bread throughout the week and eat a lot of fried food on the weekend, there will be no benefit.  Because refined oil is high in calories.



 3) Blood sugar levels


 Do not eat sweet foods.  Therefore, many people think that eating fried food will not affect the blood sugar level.  Stopping refined oil consumption won't make a sudden change.  But gradually the blood sugar level will return to normal level.


4) Skin health


 Applying cosmetics from the outside can keep the skin smooth for some time.  But if you want to make the skin healthy from the inside, inflammation should not be allowed.  In that case it is important to stop eating oil.


 5) Improves digestion


 Heartburn after eating ordinary home food.  Taking digestive medicine will reduce heartburn-acidity.  But  it is not right to take such medicine regularly.  So nutritionists say, to avoid oil.  Only then will the digestion improve.
