Yoga : Simhasana (Lion Pose) -how to perform
Simhasana, or Lion Pose, is a unique yogic posture known for its facial expression resembling a roaring lion. It is a simple yet powerful asana that helps release tension, improve breathing, and stimulate the throat chakra.
