Rugby World cups - A brief history

 South Africa is the most successful team in the history of the tournament, with four  wins , the latest being in 2023 . New Zealand is at 2nd with 3 wins and  is the only team to have won consecutive tournaments, with their victories in the 2011 and 2015 Rugby World Cups till just being equalled by the Springboks with back to back wins in 2019 & 2023 . Australia have won the competition twice, while England have one win;
