If you're in the mood for a quick and flavorful dish, try making Malai Kebab. With just some boneless chicken and a few simple ingredients, you can whip it up in no time. Here's how:

Ingredients:

  • Boneless chicken: 500 grams
  • Yogurt: 1/2 cup
  • Ginger-garlic paste: 2 tablespoons
  • Chili paste: 1 tablespoon
  • Coriander powder: 1 tablespoon
  • Cumin powder: 1 tablespoon
  • Cashew paste: 1 tablespoon
  • Lemon juice: 1 teaspoon
  • Fresh cream: 1 tablespoon
  • Ghee (clarified butter): 1 tablespoon
  • Butter: 1 tablespoon
  • Cloves: 3-4
  • Salt: To taste
  • Charcoal: As required

Method:

  1. In a bowl, marinate the chicken pieces with yogurt and all the spices. Mix well.
  2. In the same bowl, place a small dish containing charcoal, a little ghee, and cloves. Cover the bowl tightly for a couple of minutes to infuse the smoky flavor.
  3. After two minutes, remove the charcoal dish, cover the marinated chicken, and refrigerate for one hour.
  4. After an hour, take the chicken out of the fridge and skewer the pieces. Grill them over medium heat for 7-8 minutes.
  5. Once cooked, brush the kebabs generously with butter.

Serve your Malai Kebabs hot with homemade parathas for a festive and indulgent meal. Enjoy!
