Cuisine : Malai Kebab : Quick to make and Delicious
If you're in the mood for a quick and flavorful dish, try making Malai Kebab. With just some boneless chicken and a few simple ingredients, you can whip it up in no time. Here's how:
Ingredients:
- Boneless chicken: 500 grams
 - Yogurt: 1/2 cup
 - Ginger-garlic paste: 2 tablespoons
 - Chili paste: 1 tablespoon
 - Coriander powder: 1 tablespoon
 - Cumin powder: 1 tablespoon
 - Cashew paste: 1 tablespoon
 - Lemon juice: 1 teaspoon
 - Fresh cream: 1 tablespoon
 - Ghee (clarified butter): 1 tablespoon
 - Butter: 1 tablespoon
 - Cloves: 3-4
 - Salt: To taste
 - Charcoal: As required
 
Method:
- In a bowl, marinate the chicken pieces with yogurt and all the spices. Mix well.
 - In the same bowl, place a small dish containing charcoal, a little ghee, and cloves. Cover the bowl tightly for a couple of minutes to infuse the smoky flavor.
 - After two minutes, remove the charcoal dish, cover the marinated chicken, and refrigerate for one hour.
 - After an hour, take the chicken out of the fridge and skewer the pieces. Grill them over medium heat for 7-8 minutes.
 - Once cooked, brush the kebabs generously with butter.
