Cuisine : Lemon Grilled Bhetki - How to make this delicious fish item

 

The Bhetki fish in Bengal India can undoubtedly used for many tasty preparations . With fewer bones, it is hassle-free to eat. Moreover, being rich in calcium and phosphorus, this fish is highly nutritious. Here’s another unique recipe of Bhetki fish 

Ingredients

For the Fish:

  • 200 grams Bhetki fillet
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 grams chopped parsley
  • 5 grams English mustard sauce
  • 10 milliliters olive oil

For the Lemon Butter Sauce:

  • 20 milliliters butter
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon chopped parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method

Preparing the Sauce:
Mix all the ingredients for the sauce and heat for a minute. The sauce is ready.

Preparing the Fish:
Marinate the Bhetki fillet with salt, pepper, lemon juice, garlic, parsley, and English mustard sauce for 30 minutes. Heat a pan and add olive oil. Brush the fillet with olive oil and pan-fry it. Cook on low heat for 3 minutes, ensuring both sides are well-cooked.

Place the cooked fillet on a serving dish and drizzle the lemon butter sauce over it. Garnish and serve hot.
