Ingredients:

  • 250g prawns
  • 2 tablespoons white oil
  • 3 tablespoons red curry paste
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • 4 tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 green chilies, finely chopped
  • 1 bunch of coriander leaves, chopped

Method:

Heat oil in a pan and add the red curry paste. Stir in salt and a little water, then add the fish sauce. Next, add the chopped tomatoes and let them soften slightly. Finally, add the prawns and cook until they turn pink and are fully cooked.
