Ingredients
- Crab – 300g (cleaned and cut)
- Onion – 25g (chopped into chunks)
- Capsicum – 30g (diced)
- Garlic – 10g (minced)
- Ginger – 5g (thinly sliced)
- Dried red chilies – 2 (chopped)
- Black pepper powder – 5g
- Red chili paste – 25g
- Chili sauce – 10g
- Fresh coriander – 5g (chopped)
- Salt – to taste
- Oil – for frying
- Water – as needed
Method
- Prepare the Crab: Wash and clean the crab thoroughly.
- Fry the Crab: Heat oil in a pan and deep-fry the crab until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
- Prepare the Sauce: In the same pan, add a little oil. Sauté the garlic until fragrant. Then, add the ginger and chopped dried chilies, frying them lightly.
