Ingredients
- Lobster (giant prawns) – 700g
- Butter – 25g
- Capsicum – 50g (diced)
- Garlic – 15g (minced)
- Sugar – ½ tsp

- Water – as needed
- Cornflour – a small amount
- Spring onion – for garnish
Method
- Prepare the Lobster: Clean the lobster by removing the head and shell, but keep the shell intact. Cut the lobster meat into small pieces.
- Season and Coat: Sprinkle salt over the lobster pieces and lightly coat them with a little cornflour.
