Cuisine : Cold Chicken Salad - how to prepare

 


Cold Chicken Salad is a flavorful and refreshing dish, perfect for a light meal or appetizer. This salad combines minced chicken with aromatic herbs and a hint of spice, creating a delicious balance of taste and texture.

Ingredients:

  • 250g minced chicken
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons white oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons red curry paste
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 1 bunch of coriander leaves
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons chopped mint leaves
  • Lettuce leaves, cucumber, and chopped tomatoes for garnish

Method:

Heat oil in a pan and sauté the chopped onion until golden. Add the minced chicken and red curry paste, stirring well. Season with salt and cook with a little water for about 10 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked and the mixture is dry. Remove from heat and let it cool.

To serve, arrange lettuce leaves on a plate and place the cooked chicken mixture on top. Garnish with chopped cucumber, tomatoes, and fresh herbs. Enjoy this vibrant and refreshing salad!
