Ingredients:

  • 4 boiled potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons rice flour
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • White oil as needed
  • Mozzarella cheese as needed

Method:

Boil the potatoes and drain any excess water. Mash them well and mix with rice flour, salt, and black pepper. Divide the mixture into small portions, flatten them, and place mozzarella cheese in the center. Shape into small patties, ensuring the cheese is sealed inside.
