Oats Vegetable Kabab is a healthy and delicious snack option, perfect for those looking for a nutritious twist to their usual kababs. Ingredients:

Oats: 2 cups

Carrot, beans, and capsicum: finely chopped

Cabbage: 1 bowl, finely chopped

Potato: diced into small pieces

All-purpose flour: 1 teaspoon

Biscuit crumbs: 2 teaspoons

Black pepper powder: 1 teaspoon

Green chili: 1 teaspoon, finely chopped

Onion: 1, finely chopped

Cooking oil: 4 teaspoons

Garam masala powder: 1 teaspoon

Fresh coriander leaves: 2 teaspoons, chopped

Salt: to taste


Method:

1. Prepare the Vegetables:

Wash all the vegetables thoroughly and boil them lightly with a pinch of salt until tender.

2. Combine the Ingredients:

In a large mixing bowl, add the boiled vegetables, oats, chopped onion, coriander leaves, green chili, and all the spice powders.

3. Mix and Shape:

Add the all-purpose flour and biscuit crumbs to the mixture and knead well to form a dough. From this mixture, take small portions and shape them into balls or flatten them into kabab shapes.

4. Cook the Kababs:

Heat oil in a frying pan. Fry the kababs on both sides until golden brown and crisp.

5. Serve:

Arrange the kababs on a plate, garnish as desired, and serve hot with your favorite chutney or dip.
