- 1 cup of sliced mushrooms (typically straw mushrooms or any mushrooms of your choice)

- 2 tomatoes, cut into wedges

- 2 tablespoons of fish sauce

- 2 tablespoons of lime juice

- 1 tablespoon of sugar (optional)

- Handful of cilantro leaves for garnish


Instructions:


1. **Prepare the broth**: In a large pot, bring the chicken or vegetable broth to a gentle boil over medium-high heat.
