Indian batters thrash Bangla bowling after dismissing the tourists for 233 on 4th day of 2nd test

  After only 35 overs were possible on day 1 & complete washout on days 2 & 3 , finally the Kanpur test saw a full days play on the 4th day & what a scintillating day it turned out to be in which 18 wickets fell and 437 runs were scored  . India has gone all out to achieve a result & thus they introduced T20 flavour in their day 4 batting  On the 22 yards of Kanpur, the Indian team unleashed a storm with the bat, upstaging  England's famed bazzball .  In the history of Test cricket, India set new benchmarks for the fastest team scores of 50, 100, 150, 200, and 250 runs. After two smashing wins over Australia in the last two ODIs to level the series at 2-2 after being 0-2 down , Harry Brook's England looked to have all the momentum for the final ODI at Bristol . IPL2025 : Mega Auction, know the new rules shared by BCCI

  The retention rules for the IPL 2025 and the upcoming mega auction have finally been unveiled. Following a meeting of the IPL Governing Council, these rules were shared with all 10 franchises late Saturday evening. Several key decisions have been made, including the reintroduction of some old rules and the addition of new ones. One of the most intriguing updates pertains to players who are purchased in the auction but choose not to participate in the tournament. Such players will now be banned from playing for two seasons. Additionally, the franchise purse has been increased by INR 20 crore. The Right to Match (RTM) card has also made a comeback in the auction process. It was last used in the 2017 mega auction but was omitted from the 2022 mega auction. Now, the RTM has returned, allowing franchises to repurchase a player during the auction. Sri Lanka completed innings win in 2nd test & beat New Zealand 2-0 in test series

  Sri Lanka has won the second match of the Test series against New Zealand. In the second innings of the Test match held in Galle, New Zealand's batsmen put up a tough fight. Despite this, Sri Lanka secured a commanding victory by an innings and 154 runs. After posting a massive first-innings score of 602, Sri Lanka bowled out New Zealand for just 88 runs. In the second innings, New Zealand managed 360 runs, but it wasn’t enough to avoid an innings defeat. With this win, Sri Lanka completed a clean sweep in the two-match series.
