  On the third day of Asian Games 2022, Indian athletes have once again performed brilliantly.  Indian athletes have won the third gold medal today.  The special news  about this medal is that it has come from  Equestrian event -   horse riding .  Sudipti Hajela, Divyakirti Singh, Anush Aggarwal and Hriday Chheda included in the Indian horse riding team have performed brilliantly in the equestrian event .  It is noteworthy that for the first time in the 41 year history of horse riding, India has won the gold medal in the Asian Games.  The Indian equestrian team scored 209.205 points.  Divya Kirti included in this team got 68.176 points, Hriday got 69.941 points and Anush got 71.088 points.  Due to these points, the Indian horse riding team was ahead of the Chinese team by 4.5 points.  Due to this India has won the historic gold  This is the third gold medal for India.  Indian women's cricket team had earlier won ...

  Scotland kept their Rugby World Cup campaign alive with a bonus-point 45-17 victory over Tonga in their clash in Nice on Sunday in Pool B The win however has come at a cost too with captain Jamie Ritchie forced off in the first half following a blow to the head in a tackle from Tongan winger Afusipa Taumoepeau, who got away with a mild yellow card .   Scotland used the width of the field and space left by some poor Tonga defending as their wingers showed good form  Tonga put in some tough tackles , but also showed  their attacking instincts with tries through Solomone Kata and giant prop Ben Tameifuna.    24 September is a very special day in the history of Indian cricket.  16 years ago on this day in 2007, Mahendra Singh Dhoni's youth brigade won the inaugural T20 World Cup by defeating Pakistan by 5 runs.  No one expected that the Indian team would become the champion, but this young brigade created history by proving everyone wrong.  The victory of the T20 World Cup gave a new direction to the shortest format of cricket.  As a result, the Cricket Board of India (BCCI) also decided to start the IPL in 2008.   Vikram lander and Pragyan rover of Chandrayaan-3 did not wake up  on 22 September 2023.  They will continue to sleep for now.  Nilesh Desai, Director of ISRO's Space Application Centre, Ahmedabad has said that ISRO will try to wake up Chandrayaan-3 i.e. Lander-Rover on September 23.  At present the Lander-Rover is inactive.  ISRO said that contact has been made with Vikram Lander and Pragyan Rover so that the awakening status of Chandrayaan-3 can be ascertained.  At present, no signal has been received.  Efforts will be made to establish contact again.
